im in freestyle right now cuz my season for highschool just ended and ive been busy and havent gone to practice. what can i do to be in better condition for when im going back to practice which is next week!

I always jump roped...lots of sprints as opposed to long distance running. Sprints are more closely related to what you need for wrestling...
Run in the morning atleast 3 miles.

Do some gymnastics to improve your flexibilty run drink lots of water and remember to keep your weight in check
