Join our club. This will be where you can find information on setting goals and working hard to achieve them.
First thing to post is what are your goals. Fitness goals and wrestling goals if applicable.
Then post your work outs and nutrition information here.
The first 20 people to join and post 10 work outs and 10 days of nutrition will get a free Nike WrestlingGear.Com logo t-shirt.
Think of this as weight watchers for former wrestlers, but also a place where current wrestlers can keep track of their goals and progress towards their goals. E.g. to become a state champion or to wrestle in 20 matches by the end of the year.
Just be sure to use the S.M.A.R.T. framework for setting your goals.

Any good swim work outs? I tried to do a variety of swimming strokes. After the 175 yards without stopping I did another 75 yards. Man I was pooped. Lot more difficult than I thought it would be...
