My fitness goals.

 

Body fat percentage of 20% of less.

 

Improve Cardio - be able to swim a mile. Currently can swim about a 1/8 of a mile.

 

Current weight - 244. Goal weight around 205 (or 20% body fat). Need to get current body fat %.
