I am a wrestling coach for our 8 and under wrestlers. My kids are 6 and 8 for USA Wrestling clubs.
My goals for the team are to have 35 8 and under wrestlers and have 90% of them finish the season. The last few years we have had pretty good retention rates and we look to keep them up there. Last year we had 28 - 8 and under wrestlers.
This year I want all my returning wrestlers to get in 10 to 12 matches. Our plan is to move them along slowly and give them a chance to develop a passion for wrestling.
