on the front leave it the same but with the back have a bad ass drawing that covers most of back of a head gear on a mat and say a slogan of yours like
supplying wrestlers since....

Nice shirt...any thoughts on our next design? We have made the logo smaller on shirts and wrestlers and coaches (which sort of surprised me)...wanted the bigger logo's...we have about 500 Nike Grey t-shirts to decorate with something...
